Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Who these terms are between
3 Loop is operated by Innovation With Pixels, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom (“we”). These terms apply to the business that creates a workspace (“the agency”) and to everyone the agency invites into it — its team members and its clients. By using 3 Loop you accept them. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement form part of these terms.
2. Who may sign up
3 Loop is for businesses. The person who creates a workspace must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms for the agency. People invited into a workspace use it under the agency’s control and these terms.
3. Workspaces and admins
- Each workspace has its own address and its own members, clients and data. Its admins invite, manage and remove people.
- You keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
- Clients see only the projects the agency shares with them.
4. The agency’s content and responsibilities
- The agency owns the content in its workspace and is responsible for it and for what its users and clients post.
- The agency must have the right to contact the people it messages through WhatsApp or email, and must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and the rules of any email provider it connects.
- The agency gives us permission to host and process its content only to run 3 Loop for it, as described in the DPA.
5. Trial and paid plans
- Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial. There is no free plan.
- After the trial, a workspace continues on a paid monthly plan, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: Payments are not refunded for part-months; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to workspace admins; a change applies from your next billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use 3 Loop to:
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you
- share illegal content, or harass, threaten or exploit anyone — child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities (see our Child Safety Policy)
- break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or reach another workspace’s data
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy, impersonate anyone, or send malware or stolen credentials
Anyone can report a message or block a user from inside the app; we review reports within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules. Agency admins can also moderate, export and delete content in their own workspace.
7. Suspension
We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, or at once for serious abuse or a security risk. While suspended, its people cannot use it, but its data is kept for 30 days and can be exported on request. We tell the workspace’s admins why, except where the law or an investigation prevents it.
8. Ending, and taking your data with you
An agency may close its workspace at any time. Before closing, or within 30 days after, its admins can ask for an export of the workspace’s data. After that period the data is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. An individual can ask for their own account to be deleted through the deletion form.
9. Availability
We work to keep 3 Loop available and to fix problems quickly, but the current plans come with no service-level guarantee. We may change or improve features; we will not remove a core feature from a paid plan without notice.
10. Third-party services
WhatsApp, email providers, Slack, Discord, AI providers and app stores are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or decisions.
11. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the agency paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We post changes here with a new date and tell workspace admins about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.
