How does the trial work?
You get 14 days with everything switched on. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: the workspace becomes read-only, and you can ask us for an export of your data.
Who owns our clients’ data?
You do. We process it on your behalf and only to run 3 Loop for you. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Do our clients need a plan?
No. Clients are free and unlimited; plans are priced by your team, not by your clients.
