Child Safety Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
3 Loop has a zero-tolerance policy for content that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes — without limitation — child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, and any content that puts minors at risk.
Accounts found sending, sharing, or soliciting such content will be terminated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate local law enforcement authorities as required by law.
How to report
If you encounter content that violates this policy on 3 Loop:
- In the app: long-press the message (or tap the
⋯button) → Report → select Child safety / CSAE. Your report is sent to our safety team immediately. - By email: safety@3loop.net — include the user's email or a screenshot if you can safely do so.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Emergency reports involving imminent harm are escalated immediately to law enforcement.
Our commitments
- We provide clear, in-app reporting tools on every message and conversation.
- We cooperate promptly and fully with law-enforcement requests that come through proper legal channels.
- We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and preserve relevant evidence per legal obligations.
- We train our admins on recognizing and responding to child-safety concerns.
- We maintain this public policy and review it at least annually.
