Request account deletion

Because 3 Loop is a managed team/client platform, accounts are provisioned by an admin. Submit this form to request removal of your account and associated data. An admin will process your request within 7 business days.

If you are a client of an agency on 3 Loop, your data belongs to that agency’s workspace: we forward your request to its admins, who decide and carry it out.

What happens after I submit?

An admin is notified by email with your request.
They verify the request is from you (may contact you to confirm) and then delete your account.
All your DMs, project memberships, and pending messages are removed. Messages you sent remain in the admin's audit log for a limited period, per our privacy policy.
To regain access afterwards, an admin would need to invite you again.
